01//the problem
Mobile and field workers often have nowhere safe to rest or access basic facilities during long shifts. TAL needed to connect them to vetted venues in real time, with employers footing the bill — across web, iOS and Android.
02//the approach
A Flutter mobile app and React web dashboard over a Node.js backend on AWS. Real-time location services match workers to nearby partner venues, and an employer-funded access model handles who pays for what.
